CID4 Seeks Applicants who are Post Proof-of-Concept,
Pre-Revenue and have not yet Received Venture Funding

    CID4's decision to fund project companies is based upon a four-step process:
  1. CID4 is continuously seeking new technologies. Owners of technology, which may be Colorado research institutions or private enterprises, are encouraged to submit an application for review by CID management.
  2. Periodically, the Technical and Business Advisory Board reviews screened opportunities for their commercialization potential.
  3. Subsequent to TBAC review, CID4's diligence process leads to the generation of a preliminary development plan
  4. Management shares the development plan with the Board of Directors, where a final funding decision is made.
